This feature request list is from the MSTechToday blog and I very agree with his point of view and I want to say why I want these features.
Option to allow comments from non-Windows Live ID users. | Let everyone get spam! In this entry, I said the Internet is the united nation there shouldn't have any barriers in it, but I think it need to verified email address to prevent spam.
Better theme customization for making my Space stand out more. | There's lots of Windows Live Spaces users around the globe, although there is more than a hundred themes to choose, it is still limited. When the other blogging provider have extra settings, Windows Live should do more about it.
Tagging (instead of Categories). | It is more effective to search and organize!
Enhanced Windows Live Profile options. Ability to add more information (like favorite movies, music, etc). | There is too much limits on the default forms!
Groups. I've found that Facebook uses groups to associate with friends with common interests. Spaces should adopt something similar but expand on the concept. | I wish Windows Live Spaces transform to Windows Live Groups a long time ago!
Allow for private photo galleries. Let me designate based on my Windows Live Contact list who can see specific photo galleries and who cannot. | Keep a little "Plog" feel
Better digital photo support. Let me upload a image taken from a digital camera without Spaces altering the image in anyway. Let folks download or view original image. | Yes! Let us tag them also, so that we can be collected by the photosynth!
Better stats. Let me see page views VS RSS views, link referrers, etc. | Easier to understand
Improved Friends List. Friends List too basic in its current form compared to other social networking services. | Since the friend list feature added to the Windows Live Spaces it hasn't been update
Custom Domain support. I want to use my own domain for my Windows Live Space just like I am able to do with email. | So that I can setup my blog on www.thelivefellow.com =]
